Whether you are out of state, on vacation, or would like to have in-person training, TAG offers it ALL at one inclusive price.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

For anyone 18 or older, TAG offers nutitional guidance wil ANY monthly membership.

We will go over past and current habits, and work together to find what works best for YOUR goals.

If you are someone looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass or looking to improve overall health, TAG is here to help you.

INITIAL CONULTATION & ASSESSMENT

A 60-minute consultation with TAG's Coach, Jessie Tigges, to discuss the client's background history, current nutrition, lifestyle habits, goals, and more.

Then, a 30-minute physical assessment to test the client's body composition, mobility, strength, and endurance.

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING

After the initial assessment, the client will receive an individualized nutrition and exercise protocol for FREE.

Learn how to increase aesthetics and functionality through skill/technique, speed, power, force/strength, muscle hypertrophy, muscular endurance, anaerobic capacity, maximal aerobic capacity, and long-duration training.

LIFELONG KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION

Working with TAG's Coach, Jessie, will give you the ability to gain health and fitness knowledge to apply to your everyday lifestyle. Jessie is available 24/7 to help you with your goals and to hold you accountable to reach your goals.

FACILITY ACCESS

When you becoming a TAG athlete, you will have access to train in the Tigges Athletics Garage with your coach, Jessie Tigges.

PERSONAL 1-ON-1 COACHING

Every personal trianing session with Jessie Tigges is 90 minutes long. This time is used for warm-ups, workouts, and cool downs. You will receive 100% of your coaches time during each session!

OFF-SEASON TRAINING

No matter your sport, at Tigges Athletics Garage I have the equipment to give you the best possible off-season training for your sport.

Once you're an active TAG Athlete, you will have access to your coach, Jessie, anyday of the week.

Each athlete recieves a vurtial 30 minute check-in each week with Jessie to make sure you are meeting your goals and addressing any conserns for the following weeks ahead.
